We refill the machines for free whenever a vending machine is empty or needs a refill. We have vending machines that notify us when is need to be stocked. But often we will be restocking every week or every two weeks.

What if something is out of stock or doesn’t dispense?

If this case happens, the locations need to notify us so that we can be able to go to the location and fix the machine. Unfortunately, we do not give refunds to customers who buy a product and it doesn't dispense, or if it's out of stock.
